What to Expect

A Couples Intensive provides the equivalent of months’ worth of counseling in a condensed format. By setting aside focused, uninterrupted time, couples can deepen their connection and address core relationship challenges more effectively than through traditional weekly counseling. This experience prioritizes your relationship, fostering meaningful growth and healing.

During the intensive, couples will gain practical tools to:

  • Identify and communicate desires and needs in a constructive way

  • Understand personal attachment styles and how they impact relationship dynamics

  • Recognize and overcome communication barriers to break negative cycles

  • Explore past wounds or trauma and how they influence current marital struggles

  • Work toward healing past resentments to create a healthier relationship

  • Develop deeper emotional intimacy and heart-centered communication

How It Works

  • Personalized Care: Couples will work with Ryan and Jessica McDaniel, both Licensed Professional Counselors, who provide expert guidance tailored to your needs.

  • Scheduling Options: Choose from a 1-day (5-hour) or 2-day (10-hour) intensive, held on a Friday and Saturday.

  • Financial Investment:

    • $1,800 for the 1-day (5-hour) option

    • $3,250 for the 2-day (10-hour) option (discount included)

      Note: 1-2 pre-intensive counseling sessions are required before the intensive, billed separately at our standard hourly rate.

  • Includes Breaks: Both options include breaks and time for lunch.

Location

Our Couples Intensives are held at our office in Round Rock, Texas. The area offers a variety of local restaurants, coffee shops, and accommodations to make your experience comfortable. Upon request, we are happy to provide recommendations for nearby dining and lodging options.
