The journey toward becoming a licensed counselor is both meaningful and challenging. Supervision is more than simply completing hours—it’s a formative season of learning, refining your clinical voice, deepening your understanding of people, and growing in confidence as a mental health therapist.

I’m Jessica, a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in Texas, and I offer supervision for graduate interns and LPC-Associates who are looking for thoughtful mentorship, trauma-informed clinical guidance, and a supportive place to grow.

My approach to supervision is nurturing, collaborative, and encouraging, while also grounded in strong clinical practices. I integrate trauma-informed care with a Christian perspective and aim to create a space where my supervisees feel supported as they develop both professionally and personally.

I intentionally work with a small number of interns and associates so that I can provide meaningful investment in each counselor’s development.

Many of the clients in my practice present with complex relational and trauma-related concerns. Supervision with me is a particularly good fit for counselors who want to grow in working with areas such as:

  • Sex addiction and recovery

  • Infidelity and betrayal trauma

  • Sexual and childhood trauma

  • Attachment wounds and attachment disorders

  • Marriage and relational struggles

  • Perinatal grief and loss

  • Postpartum depression and anxiety
